• docs(zfb-runtime): document the <ClientRouter /> runtime auto-include behavior and the bootstrap-island escape hatch in the README. Mounting <ClientRouter /> already ships the client-router runtime to the browser automatically (the island scanner injects the side-effect import into assets/islands.js); the manual "use client" bootstrap island is now documented only as the fallback for the import shapes detection deliberately skips (import * as, import type).
