Bug Fixes

zfb dev now prints ready on … only after the route table and documents are published. Before, the banner followed the TCP bind, so under cold-lazy boot / and other page routes answered 404 for about a second after it appeared. The bind now logs listening on <host>:<port> (routes pending), and the listener, public/ assets, and live-reload stay available during boot. If the cold boot fails, a later successful watcher rebuild prints the ready banner (2ef0f6f5).
MDX: a whole one-line explicit <table>…</table>, and other compact intrinsic tables, no longer get wrapped in a paragraph. Before, they emitted invalid p > table HTML. They are now lifted out of the paragraph on both MDX compile routes (413d37ab).
Wind: source-plan diagnostics now handle a project reached through a symlinked path, such as macOS's /var → /private/var temporary directory. Explicit --source classification and exclusion reasons (outDir, zfb scratch root, --output path) now match and print project-relative paths, the same as for the canonical project path (688167cb).
