Features

• Heading-anchor slug utilities now ship as the standalone, zero-dependency @takazudo/zfb-slugify package, published in lockstep with zfb. @takazudo/zfb depends on it and routes its slugify() / SlugAllocator exports through it, so the @takazudo/zfb/slugify subpath and the SDK root re-exports keep working unchanged. Consumers that only need slugs can depend on @takazudo/zfb-slugify directly (#4107, #4108; 05d90ea8, c2f5cce6).

Bug Fixes

• A persisted island that has never mounted now keeps obeying its when hydration condition after its props change across a client-side navigation. It holds a pending render intent through navigation cancellation and repeat scans, then renders the latest props over the retained DOM when its first-mount condition fires. Only a live island's replacement mount still bypasses deferred scheduling (#4097; 9c58bf9f).
