Features

The bundled basic-blog and node-free starters ship project-owned Everyday design values and usage rules: design-tokens.json, styles/design-system.css, components/design-rules.ts and DESIGN-NOTES.md, with the starter pages and layouts restyled on those roles. Existing routes, Markdown examples, scaffold contracts and the Node-free no-install operation are preserved (fbaeecc8, 5b2949be, 9d4cbce7).
The island scanner resolves factory targets built from bounded one-level local const spreads, with last-writer selection and ordered diagnostics. Forwarding-wrapper shorthand is classified as an opaque object rather than a factory target (93e1e034, 1808b5ec).

The dev server no longer rebuilds on writes to ignored, undeclared files under a linked package. Linked-package ignore rules are snapshotted from the token walk and re-read before watch intake; dynamic dependency, extra-watch, boot, reconcile and import-closure claims stay exempt, and manifestless alias targets and declared closure members remain tracked (22dd8216, 39e1e055, 84a1b8d4, ad87185d, 9b90afd8).
After a collection entry is deleted, the dev server reconciles retained content-provenance reads against current membership, so edits to a surviving entry still update its consumers instead of logging a provenance warning (e7a20e7d).
