let callers own allocate_build_tempdir's error context (cf7992fb)
A failed tempdir allocation in the package-routes overlay no longer renders a misleading bundler: segment in its error chain — that path has nothing to do with the bundler. The shared helper now returns the bare underlying error, and each caller attaches the context that fits where it is calling from.
Bundler error messages are unchanged byte-for-byte: zfb build's two shadow-tempdir call sites go through a private wrapper that reattaches the identical bundler: failed to allocate {role} tempdir text.
