Bug Fixes

Client router: Back/Forward to a browser-created (null-state) history entry now restores the page when the entry names a query the router rendered and then left on the same pathname (for example /list?page=1#item after a soft navigation to ?page=2). Back over a syncHistoryEntry() pathname alias no longer refetches the page that is still on screen. App-owned raw ?q= entries on the current pathname stay with the app, and raw null-state entries on another pathname remain router-owned document navigation. A raw push of exactly a query the router rendered and left is still refetched; use syncHistoryEntry() for app-owned entries. No public API changes; the ownership rules are documented under "Raw History entries and ownership" (46c057f2).
