Features

Add workerd exports for /parse and /highlight, so Cloudflare Workers can import the published WASM as static CompiledWasm modules without URL loading or dynamic imports (382086b1).
Add a static factory runtime strategy that shares bounded, single-flight trap recovery with the existing browser and Node loaders (d50eac69).
